As a busy mum of boys herself, Hayley gets it. Life is chaotic, carving out time for yourself is a challenge. Hayley holds space for you, whether you need to talk through everything or sink into an hour of quiet, she takes care of you without any pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are.
With a particular passion for sensitive, barrier-impaired, and compromised skin, Hayley understands that when your skin barrier is struggling, it needs patience and a methodical rebuild.

Laura's journey in skin began in 2009, and over the years, she has built a career rich in experience and genuine care for her clients. After completing her Associate Degree in Applied Health Science for Clinical Aesthetics in 2019, Laura honed her skills across day spas and as manager and owner of a small beauty salon and skin clinic, where she became known for her expertise in everything from Dermapen treatments to lymphatic enzyme facials, IPL, and LED therapy.
When Laura joined Addesso, it was a deliberate move toward deeper, more skin focused work. Having dealt with skin sensitivity herself, Laura brings a personal understanding to her work that goes beyond textbook knowledge. She knows what it feels like to navigate reactive skin, and that empathy shapes the way she treats every client who walks through the door. Jen is all about creating space for relaxation and restoration. She is known for her indulgent facial massages and the way she transforms each appointment into an oasis of calm, helping you leave your stress at the door.
