At Addesso, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans. 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations/Reschedules with 24+ hours’ notice: No fee will apply.
• Cancellations/Reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice): $100 no-show fee will be charged to your account.
As a deposit is not required to book, we kindly request that outstanding cancellation or no-show fees are settled before making your next booking.
We appreciate your understanding — these policies allow us to offer appointments to other clients waiting for a spot and ensure our team’s time is respected.
